From defining the relationship, to stepping into your shoes and developing your plan, every journey begins with a well-designed roadmap.
We work with your other advisors to form a trusted team that works cohesively. Together, we’ll implement an investment and tax reduction strategy. As each target is met, we help protect your portfolio from potential hazards and ensure you stay on track by managing your fears and natural responses to them. Here’s our 3P Approach©:

In our first visit, we will have a mutual evaluation, to determine if and how our services will best fit your needs and objectives. We work for a select clientele who are driven to reach their goals, value advice and are fun to work with.
During this no-cost consultation we discuss, in detail, your situation and our services to ensure your financial profile fits what we do best. In this meeting or the next, we will quote a fee, based upon the anticipated time and complexity of your financial situation. Knowing the total cost up front allows us the freedom to work through the planning process and allows our clients to contact and meet with us without the pressure of unanticipated fees.

Our goal is to step into your financial shoes so we can begin to understand your thought processes. In this crucial fact-finding step, we discuss your goals, views, attitudes, concerns and current financial situation, which become the basis for a financial model. An important aspect of discovery is understanding behavioral management, which will play a huge role in the likelihood of reaching your goals. Also in this meeting, we review the engagement proposal, which outlines the work we will do together over the next 12-months.

In this step, we provide a detailed analysis of your situation, trying on a multitude of ideas and modeling “what-if’s” to determine the best path to reach your desired outcome. Working with some of the brightest minds in the planning industry, we will do an exhaustive search to find the solutions that make the most sense for you.

During this meeting, we present a plan unique to your situation which outlines the logical progression of objectives, observations and recommendations. With you the CEO, and us acting as your CFO, we dissect the pros and cons of each strategy through an economic model to help you understand their impact, so you are able to make an informed decision.

At this stage, the team aspect of the planning process is fully realized as we work with your other advisors and continually act as a key to the marketplace on your behalf. As Accredited Investment Fiduciaries (AIF®) we will act in your best interests, never led by commissions. Whether through evaluating various investment options and products, coordinating tax and estate strategies or evaluating specific financial products, we help ensure they are right for each of your plan strategies.
